Responsibilities:
- Support departments in developing and delivering
- Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities
- Champion the onboarding process
- Maintain management guidelines
- Build strong relationships with external suppliers
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
